We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming lake cottage! The hosts have thought of everything to create a truly memorable experience. The game room, complete with a pool table and darts, kept us entertained for hours. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for cozy evenings and making s’mores under the stars, while the hot tub was an amazing way to relax. The kayaks and canoes made for an exceptional experience on the lake, giving us plenty of adventure. Every detail—from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy decor—was clearly put together with care. The hosts were incredibly attentive and communicated promptly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The hosts for this property have truely thought of everything. From an easy launch kayak ramp to the extensive and expansive activity room there was always something to do for everyone. In addition to being a five star experience our hosts were always quick to provide insights to our questions and even bringing to our attention last minute road closures. From our pesrspective of two seniors, two adult parents and two grandsons our week on the lake was non stop fun !

We truly enjoyed our stay; there was plenty of room and amenities for everyone. We were busy from early morning on with swimming in the lake, warming up in the hot tub, canoeing, kayaking, boarding, and smores by the firepit after dinner. The 2 kitchens had everything we could imagine that we needed as we love to cook. The cottage had so many wonderful amenities and was so spotless. It was beautiful inside and out!! We were 3 families with our grown kids and there was so much space. We will definitely be back!!

My family had a wonderful time at the Tuscan Dream North! The waterfront was perfect, great views of the lake, with great swimming and boating, and just relaxing on the dock! The cottage itself has so many excellent features, including the two covered patios, the hot tub, the games room and the firepit! The owners were very accommodating and helpful!

This summer was our third time staying at TDN and we will continue to return. The owners continue to improve their property, adding more and more activities for families during their stay. Myself and my family look forward to staying every summer.

The villa is spacious, very clean and so well appointed! Not to mention its location overlooking the lake with windows that open onto amazing views. It is a comfortable space for just being together and/or playing pool, darts or just going for a dip in the hot tub. It has all the amenities, supplies and linens you might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tuscan dream!

Three generations of our family shared a wonderful week at this amazing vacation home. We came with high expectations and this facility met or exceeded them all. Amazing house and waterfront property for family getaway for 9 people. Everything we needed was readily available both in the house and at the waterfront. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at Tuscan Dream North! Al and Kathleen are the ultimate hosts and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We were there over Christmas and the indoor and outdoor colourful lights and little Christmas trees were so festive and helped bring the holiday alive. The house was equipped with everything we needed – and more! Everything is available to make your winter holiday (or any holiday) memorable. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were so enjoyable and fun as well as the pool table and games in the games/bar area. Al and Kathleen are immediately available if you have any questions and are extremely accommodating. It is clear that they take pride in their Lake house and in ensuring that their guests enjoy themselves which is obvious in the care they took before our visit as well as during our stay. We highly recommend Tuscan Dream North for any season. We will be going back as often as we can. Our search for the ultimate holiday home is over.

What an enchanting home in a gorgeous location tucked away in the Gatineau hills. It was the perfect place for our family gathering. We had absolutely everything we needed (and then some). I would highly recommend. Oh?..the beds are wonderfully big and comfortable.

We spent a long weekend with our children & grandchildren at this wonderful Lakehouse located in Val-des-monts! The accommodations were perfect for our large family & the hosts have certainly provided attention to detail as the property had everything we needed to enjoy time together. We’ll certainly be sharing this goldmine with friends & family!! We are so looking forward to our next amazing getaway there & will be booking soon! Thank you so much Al & Kathleen!

My husband and I were so impressed with everything from the linens to the beautiful lake view and everything in between. Our thoughtful hosts had a welcome bouquet for us and everything was immaculate. We enjoyed our breakfasts with espresso coffee on the large deck overlooking the well designed landscape. We had a great time swimming (floating☺️) kayaking and relaxing in the large hot tub and warming by the fireside. We even enjoyed a few rounds of pool and darts. We plan on returning to Tuscan Dream North to relax and enjoy all its wonderful amenities again and again.

From the booking, to communicating with the owners prior to arrival, and the stay itself, absolutely amazing. The owners have thought of everything and have outfitted their rental property with everything you could want. Best rental we have stayed at. Will definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Toscan north house. We were a family: parents, and 5 young adults. This house is roomy, clean, well furnished (games and cooking) and has wonderful views of the lake. The pier is great, with a canoe and kayaks, and we had nice apero times there, while watching the sunset. Outside, terraces are available at different levels. It is beautiful. To be noted, there are many stairs to go from the house to the pier (105 steps) and at some parts of tbe stairs there is only a one side handrail.. That may be problematic with people with limited mobility or small children. We enjoyed the stairs, it was a good exercise. Some of our group had to work while at the house and there’s a small office available on demand (with two set of two screens), which was perfect. Connection was good. The owners answered quickly to all of our questions. We recommand this house warmly.

Multiples of almost everything: bedrooms (2 have ensuite bath), 2 kitchens, 3 balconies with gorgeous water views, video games upstairs + real life games room downstairs, patio + deck + dock, 2 kayaks + 1 canoe! Spotless and well equipped. Plenty of space for an amazing time. Would love to see the property and area in the fall!

Looking for a wonderful escape on Lac MacGregor in Val Des Monts, Quebec, Canada; Look no further than “Tuscan Dream North”. A very well-appointed modern three-story home nestled high above the lake offers everything for family members of all ages; canoeing, kayaking, sunbathing, swimming, and fabulous sunsets from the dock. A hot tub, fully equipped games room, bbq, bar area, en-suite bathrooms, so much to enjoy! If you do need to make a zoom call, ask the accommodating owners to to open up “the office”. All in all a perfect spot right down to the initialed “TDN” bath towels.
